Introducing The Fix, located in the neibs of Silverlake. Talk about YUM, do yourself a favor and order the Seoul Burger. It consists of sauteed mushrooms, Korean BBQ, kimchi, romaine lettuce, jack cheese, mayo, and a perfectly toasty bun. Total SWOONSVILLE, I've never had a burger like this ever and I'd surly go back. Juicy, succulent, and pretty much amazing.
I have quite a list of burgers to get to in my search for the best burger and I have a feeling I'll have to categorize them based on creativity, classicness, and "the one".
Oh humpday, you are so fine. Have a good day darlins!

Best Burger in LA: Round Two
Meet my favorite burger in Los Angeles (so far that is...), the Truffle Burger from Blue Palms. Not only do they have amazing food that will leave you in a foodie coma, their beer selection will leave you with the perfect buzz.
Oh beefy deliciousness cooked in duck fat, topped with caramelized peppers, white truffle oil, bleu cheese, chipotle aioli, fresh romaine, on a toasted brioche bun. It's a decadent delight and their rotating beers on tap rule, it's a total MUST. I ventured into their bottled beer list and was weak in the knees for Hair of the Dog's Fred, a complexly flavorful barleywine that I'd totally roll over for.
Don't forget some fries, cause when you're kicking back boozy beers ya gotta soak em' up!

Best Burger in LA: Round One
Well if there's one thing that can change a Friday into myday, it's Happy Hour. Really it's been a very long week, nonetheless a great week, but still 5 days of 5am alarm clocks! Thank you 87 degree sunshine and an ever so summer-like day, for allowing me a pleasant nap, followed by a date with my brown bear for dins. Pictured above is the Brazi Burger consisting of a 1/2 pound angus beef patty, caramelized onions, avacodo, tropicalia dressing, mozarella, and romaine lettuce on a brioche bun at Vinoteca. Served with a house salad or Tropi-fries, how could I possibly go wrong. I paired it with a Maudite, cause let's face it, it's Friday and I totally deserve it. Total cost for booze and a burg, only $15 including tip! Crazy I know, beautiful, absolutely so.
Overall rating B+ on the meh-to-delish scale.
Take your friends or your lover, happiness, almost guaranteed.
(Happy Hour 7 days a week 4-7)
