It's What's Delicious: Figs a la Yum

These are totally worth making, but I must warn you... You're gonna fall in love with me.  I'll be really good to you, I promise!  I thought bacon was the best thing to wrap food in, I was wrong.  What do you get when you take Farmer's Market Figs, Goat Cheese, and Prosciutto?  A summer masterpiece, that's what!

Now you better make this, if you're lucky I might make it for you sometime... Only if you're great though.

All you need is:
  • Black Mission Figs (Fresh)
  • Goat Cheese
  • Prosciutto
  • honey
  • cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325.  Cut figs into quarters and slice a divot in the center.  Stuff it with Goat Cheese and then wrap a half piece of Prosciutto, securing in the cheese.  Place ready Figs on parchment paper and drizzle a tiny amount of honey and a dash of cinnamon on top.  Bake for 10 min, slightly cool, and enjoy!

Good day darlings...
